Privacy Policy
What we collect
Metadata only: operating system and version, hostname, lock state, and Agent version. We do not collect screenshots, camera images, process lists, keyboard input, or file contents.
What it is used for
Showing you the online and lock status of your own devices, and carrying out the lock or shutdown commands you issue. Nothing else.
Where it lives
Device records and command history sit in our server database. Pairing codes expire after 10 minutes, commands after 60 seconds. Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
Your account
Sign-in goes through the Lite Lake unified account (UC). Account data is handled under the UC privacy terms; we only receive an opaque user identifier.
Leaving is easy
Unbinding a device in the console revokes its credential and stops all status reporting. Quitting or uninstalling the Agent stops collection entirely, on the spot.
